Shipping Policy

The Bath Scrubbers

At The Bath Scrubbers, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery timelines and shipping process.

1. Shipping & Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery time starts from the date your parcel is dispatched, not from the date you place your order.

2. Working Days & Holidays

  • Delivery timelines are calculated in working days.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not included in the standard delivery timeline.

  • Orders may take additional time to be processed and dispatched, depending on order confirmation and operational circumstances.

3. Possible Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, in some cases delivery may take 7–10 days or longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Bad weather or heavy rainfall

  • Public holidays or unexpected closures

  • Courier service delays

  • Road closures or transportation issues

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Unforeseen operational or logistical circumstances

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your parcel is delayed for any of these reasons.

4. Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline begins. Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with you so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order to help avoid delivery issues.

5. Delivery Attempts

Please keep your phone available so the courier can contact you regarding your delivery. If you are unavailable or your address cannot be located, delivery may be delayed or another delivery attempt may be required.
